Doctoral-Positions in Comparative Politics (part-time 65 %, E 13 TV-L)

The working group of Comparative Politics led by Prof. Christian Breunig, PhD, at the Department of Politics and Public Administration invites applications for Doctoral Research Positions in Comparative Politics.
Your Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the group鈥檚 research on political representation, public policy, and political economy
  • Develop an independent doctoral research project
  • Publish high-quality research in the group鈥檚 thematic areas
  • Teach one course on comparative politics each term
Your Competencies
  • a MA degree in political science or a closely related discipline
  • Strong knowledge of comparative politics
  • Excellent training in quantitative methodology
  • Ability to work independently
  • Excellent English writing and communication skills
  • Knowledge of German is not required, but desirable
